Peter Bancel PhD

He is a Senior Researcher at the Institut Métapsychique International in Paris (France), and a Fellow at the Institute of Noetic Sciences in California (USA). In the 2000s, he collaborated with the Global Consciousness Project (GCP) based in Princeton (USA). He is a long-time Buddhist practitioner and an instructor and teacher of meditation. His primary research interests encompass the correlations between continuous random data and major world events, the effects of mass consciousness, the optimization of protocols to enhance psi effect sizes, and experiments exploring precognition among meditators.

He holds a PhD in Experimental Physics from the University of Pennsylvania (USA). After completing postdoctoral work at IBM (USA), he moved to France, where he worked for the Centre National de Recherche Scientifique in Paris, and later at the Institut des Matériaux Jean Rouxel of the University of Nantes.
