Edwin C. May PhD

He has been the Founder Director of the Laboratories for Fundamental Research since 1996, following the closure of the U.S. government's psychic espionage program, known as Star Gate, where he worked from 1975 to 1995, initially as a Scientist and later as the Program Director. He co-authored a comprehensive four-volume chronicle detailing the history of the Star Gate program, along with several other publications. His research interests focus on identifying which psi phenomena can be validated, understanding the underlying mechanisms of these phenomena, and exploring their practical applications.

He earned his BS in Physics from the University of Rochester (USA) and a PhD in Nuclear Physics from the University of Pittsburgh (USA).

Before transitioning to psi research, he spent over 12 years in experimental nuclear physics, specializing in the study of nuclear reaction mechanisms and nuclear structure.
